Privacy Policy

The short version: we only collect what we need to build your plan and bill your subscription. We never sell your data. You can export or delete everything from account settings.

1. Who we are

Fierce Figure ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for information we collect through our website and app. Questions or requests go to privacy@ignite.fit.

2. What we collect

Account info: email address, password (hashed), and name.
Quiz answers: goals, body profile, fitness level, focus zones, and other quiz responses — used to build your plan.
Health-related inputs: height, weight, cycle phase, and lifestyle factors, if you choose to enter them.
Progress data: workouts completed, streaks, logged weight, body measurements.
Billing info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
Device & usage data: browser type, IP address, pages visited, approximate location. Used for security, analytics, and debugging.

3. How we use your data

To generate your personalized fitness plan.
To provide the Service, sync across devices, and adapt your program week over week.
To bill your subscription.
To send you transactional emails (receipts, password resets, plan updates).
To send you marketing email only if you opt in — and you can unsubscribe any time.
To improve our products, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your health inputs (weight, cycle, etc.) with advertisers.
We do not use your progress photos or stories without explicit written consent.

5. Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with:

Service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
A buyer in the event of a merger or acquisition — with the same privacy commitments continuing.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage your choices through the cookie banner on any page.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU, UK, California, and other regions), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Export your data in a portable format.
Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
Opt out of the sale of personal data (we don't sell it, but you have the right regardless).

Exercise any of these rights from account settings, or by emailing privacy@ignite.fit. We respond within 30 days.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 90 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (e.g., tax records).

9. Security

We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to personal data inside our company is limited to people who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach occurs, we'll notify you and regulators as required by law.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States. When we transfer EU/UK data internationally, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

11. Children

Fierce Figure is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, email privacy@ignite.fit and we'll delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll let you know of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
