Fierce Figure ("we", "us", "our") operates the Fierce Figure website and mobile fitness app (the "Service"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, taking our quiz, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to use Fierce Figure. If you are pregnant, postnatal, recovering from injury, or living with a medical condition, you agree to consult your healthcare provider before starting any program on Fierce Figure.

3. Medical disclaimer

Fierce Figure is a general fitness and wellness service. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information, workouts, and recommendations we provide are for informational purposes only. Do not delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you read here.

4. Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Let us know immediately at support@ignite.fit if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless you cancel.
• You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your current period.
• Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our content, workouts, or software.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud anyone.
• Upload content you don't own the rights to.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, workouts, video, and software that make up Fierce Figure are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while your account is active.

9. User-submitted content

If you post progress photos, comments, or any other content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the Service. You keep ownership of what you post.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fierce Figure's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
