Who this applies to
The 30-day guarantee covers your first paid subscription to Fierce Figure. It applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans on equal terms. We offer this because we want you to try the plan risk-free and feel confident it's tailored to you.
How to request a refund
- Email refunds@ignite.fit from the address on your account.
- Include the last four digits of the card you used or your order reference.
- You don't need to explain why — though we love feedback if you'd like to share.
- We process refunds within 5 business days. Your bank or card network may take a few more days to post the credit to your statement.
What's covered
- Your first charge, in full, if requested within 30 days of that charge.
What's not covered
- Subsequent billing periods after your first charge (cancel any time to stop them).
- Subscriptions you've previously refunded — the guarantee is one per customer.
- Gift subscriptions (these follow the gift recipient's preferences).
- Fraudulent or abusive activity.
Cancellation ≠ refund
You can cancel your subscription any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — it doesn't automatically trigger a refund of past charges. If you want a refund, email us within 30 days of the charge.
Statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to any refund rights you have under consumer protection law in your country. EU/UK consumers may have a 14-day cooling-off period on digital subscriptions; this guarantee extends that to 30 days.
